Refund and Returns Policy

Important: In all cases, providing an unboxing video is mandatory. Failure to do so will result in a denial of your return request.
Returns are applicable if:
- Damage: You can return a product if it arrives damaged.
- Wrong Size (Apparels and Clothing): If you receive the wrong size, we offer an exchange. Please inform us within 2 days of receiving the package.
- Not Satisfied: If you don’t like the product and want a refund, you can return it in the same condition. You’ll receive a coupon for the purchase amount to use during checkout. The process is as follows:
- Inform Us: Notify us within 2 days from the date of order delivery.
- Send Unboxing Video and Parcel Photographs: Provide an unboxing video and 2-4 photos of your parcel. Read more about documenting your package below:
- Taking Unboxing Video: Start taking unboxing video right after you received the package. The unboxing video must contain: Shipping Label, Opening the parcel, and Showing any applicable damages of the package.
- Photographs: 2-4 photos including Shipping label and Damage photos of the product.
- Return Shipment: We’ll arrange for the return shipment, and a pickup person will collect the item. Please ensure safe packaging to prevent damage.

Coupon Issuance: The coupon will be generated once the product reaches our warehouse, typically within 3 working days after receiving your package back. The coupon will deduct the reverse pickup charges, which you are responsible for. If the coupon amount is less than your invoice total, it includes return charges. The coupon is linked to the same contact number you provided during purchase and can be used at any time.
