Shipping & Delivery
BASSFACE’s team will do their best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once you place the order with us, your order information is sent for printing. The process takes 3-4 working days to finish and then your orders are dispatched from the warehouse. Find the transit time based on zones by clicking here.
Please be advised that during peak holiday shopping season and due to current industry supply chain challenges, there may be slight delays in shipping and delivering your order. Thank you for your understanding.
All orders will be processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Please note that our cutoff time for shipping is 12pm IST for all orders. We provide the following shipping methods:
- Cash on Delivery: A COD charge of 99 INR is applicable for buyers who want this facility. (Only for Orders Within India).
- Free Shipping on Prepaid Orders: No Minimum Amount Required.

Order Issues:
If your tracking status are not updated chances are:
- Your order is still in printing process.
- Your order is printed and yet to be dispatched from warehouse.
- Your order status might not be updated even after your order is dispacthed.
In these cases, we would suggest you to please be patient your or reach out our customer support. Click on chat to talk with our agent.
* When applicable, the shipping carrier may mark a package as “Delivered” a few days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
If you have not received your package after it has been marked delivered, please follow these steps:
- Please review your shipping address on your order confirmation to verify that it is correct to ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address.
- Please check your mailbox and any other locations where you receive mail. The shipping carrier may have left the package in a discreet location to prevent it from being stolen.
- If you are expecting a package, please check with your neighbors, family, or roommates to see if they have accepted it on your behalf.
- If an attempted delivery is noted on your tracking link, please follow the next steps provided to ensure receipt of your package.
- We recommend waiting 3 business days for your item to arrive. Shipping carriers may scan items as delivered prior to arrival, so please allow some additional time. Thank you for your patience.
If it has already been past 3 business days and your package is still missing, please reach out to us with your order number to let us know.
If your order has been returned to Bassface, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:
- The delivery address was incomplete (e.g. misspelled or missing information).
- Our shipping partner was unable to access the address after several attempts.
- The order was not collected from the pickup point after it being delivered.
- The package was refused.
If your shipment is “returned to sender”, we recommend emailing us to verify your shipping address and have your order reshipped. Please kindly note that we may not be able to reship your order if an item is out of stock.
Once your items are shipped, Bassface is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.
Updating Your Order:
We have different shipping options based on your payment method. Please see the instructions below.
- Prepaid: We process and ship orders within 24 business hours, unless the buyer requests otherwise. If there are any changes required to your order, we will contact you on the registered mobile number.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We confirm all our COD orders prior to shipping. Once confirmed, the order will be shipped within 24 business hours. Please note that once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.* (*Only for orders from India)
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 business hours.

Yes, the products supplied on BASSFACE are of good quality. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a replacement.
Here in Bassface, We quality check your ordered products to make sure you celebrate your occasion without any hassle. If you’ve received a damaged product, possible that the product is damaged during the transit.
